Pistacchio, chocolate, and 1 other vegan flavor. Cones are also vegan! I had the pistachio, which imo could have been a bit more pistachio-y. Portions are a good size as well!

La gelateria Natura si trova in una piazza di fronte a un parco, il personale è gentile e disponibile. Hanno numerosi gusti vegani, io ho preso pistacchio e bacio fondente, squisiti! I loro coni sono tutti vegani, ottima cosa. Un gelato piccolo, fino a 2 gusti, costa 2€, un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Many options, amongst them a lot of flavours that are usually hard to find vegan, such as pistachio, chocolate, coconut and bacio. This made me so happy, as I can usually only chose between fruit sorbets (lame). Highly recommended!

Natura is a nice little ice cream shop in the historic centre of Trieste. The vegan options are clearly labeled, almost half of their ice cream is vegan, so they have many choices. Not only the ice cream with fruits is vegan, but also other flavours like almond orange, dark chocolate, pistachio, coconut or bacio, which is with chocolate and hazelnut. The taste is delicious, the price is good and the owners are very friendly!

my favorite place for vegan gelato in Trieste. Their pistachio ice cream is indescribable and the flavor “bacio” (chocolate hazelnut) I would eat all year round!! Their sorbets are also amazing and the flavors change according to what fruits are in season

As of July 2021, there were two vegan creamy flavours (pistachio and dark chocolate), in addition to all fruit ones. All vegan options are clearly labelled and the outdoor sign even encourages people to try them. Very good option downtown and extremely kind staff. Great prices (1.5 EUR for the small cone/cup, 3 EUR for the medium one).
