Very delicious Torta Ahogada - Edit
The torta was very delicious. A torta ahogada is a very popular dish from Jalisco. The bread is drowned in a sauce. The soy on this torta was superb because of the good texture. Also very affordable!

The best torta ahogada in Guadalajara - Edit
For me this was the best (vegan) torta ahogada of Guadalajara! The menu is super small but worth to try it for sure. There's only tortas ahogadas and tacos dorados (which I didn't try unfortunately).
