Hipatia is a small cafe down a side street in downtown Guadalajara.
Read moreThey do breakfasts and lunches and postres. As well as a range of hot and cold drinks.
I ordered Chilaquiles tomate con barbacoa and then had their browni galleta.
It was super tasty and the service was great.
The waitress confirmed that it is 100% vegan and it also says Vegan on the door so I’m not sure why it’s listed as vegetarian!

Delicious food and good service. Very affordable. Small space and a little bit hard to locate but I really liked this place. The vegan barbacoa tacos are a must try.

Actually the cafe is fully Vegan !!! Had a awesome breakfast. Everything was very tasty. Yum yum. Service was friendly and kind. Couldn’t be happier.
