I love the place, the food great, prices very affordable and the portions are quite big. Be careful if you are vegan or can't eat spicy food. Delivery also available. #Veganuary

The meal of the day was so tasty! The staff were nice and friendly and there is a quiet and peaceful seating area outside to enjoy the surroundings.

Be careful if vegan, you might not have anything to eat - Edit
We called ahead to check if the menu is vegan and were assured that everything except the cake was. However, when we arrived they told us that the main dish contained both butter and milk. Call ahead and ask then to double-check with the chef.

Lovely vegetarian restaurant in Rijeka - Edit
Very nice vegetarian restaurant embedded in a yoga centre on the eastern outskirts of Rijeka. They only have one lunch option daily, but the food is always great and includes a dessert. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant has a garden with a view on the sea.

Cheap Tasty Menu - Edit
The Menu was cheap and delicious and the Portion was quite big. There is only one choice per day. All vegeterian but not vegan. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed our meal! Just the Cockta (Cola-Fake) is not recomendable.

Really good and cheap vegetarian restaurant! They have a daily changing menu for 30 Kuna ( 4€). The outdoor area is also really nice and relaxing! It is a bit tricky to find by car - look for the Hostel Drahma.

Veggie restaurant at Buddhist inspired hostel - Edit
Cool place. Nice outdoor terrace. Veggie menu that changes daily. Not always vegan I would say. Very well priced. A bit out of the way but a great find.

I'm actually quite surprised at the positive reviews from vegans since the daily menus are basically never vegan friendly (use of milk cream and milk in general), location is really nice but out of the way... if vegan call before going or you'll end up very disappointed, and definitely double check if the meal is really vegan!

Saved our day in not-so-veg-friendly Rijeka! - Edit
Restaurant is part of a new non-alcoholic and non-smoking hotel (opened for few months) that has a yoga center build next to the place.
Read moreThought they had open till 10pm but were told at 8pm that they can not prepare any vegan nor vegetarian food this late, since only breakfast and lunch is served. Rest of the time it's a cafe with no soy-milk options.
That was a real bummer since we were so hungry after hours and hours of driving. Sadly the place was very hard to find by car (is in an industrial district in the very east of the city) and a connecting road will be closed after 6pm. You need to do a 20 min detour by car (!) to get on the other side.
For breakfast we had bread with jam and cucumber, along with a very delicious plum cake! If you are vegan, they will prepare something for you for lunch - we had a very yummy roasted bread with zucchini and tomato in it.
For my taste it was too much yoga-focused but the staff was sooo kind and friendly! Also there's a city beach only 5 minutes away!
Pros: Absolutely friendly people all around, will prepare food to your likings
Cons: Little hard to find, No dinner served

very nice little restaurant 3 km from the center of Rijeka. little hard to find, if you´re going by car, you can only enter the street from the southside, it´s the same building like a hostel is. very clean, very nice people. no menu, just daily meals, I had a handmade soup, 2 delicious tacos and a Banana - Cherry dessert.
Read morePrice is very good, for me, my wife and my son, we all had this menu + drinks, espresso etc. around 20.- EUR for everything. It´s the only vegan restaurant which is opened at the weekend.
