Friendly with fresh food!

Was served a fair 30k Banh Xeo with sprouts instead of meat inside. She was pleased to hear I enjoyed the meal and would leave a great review. She also gave me extra cucumber and pickled veg when I asked 🤗 which I really appreciated.
Such a fun meal to eat also.

A thin pancake with bean sprouts fried inside for the vegan option😄 extra greens and pickled veg on the side. Rice paper included too😄all for 30k at Thuy Di Quan My Quang in Ha Giang

Amazing pancake/spring roll

5-star-food. Delicious pancake with sprouts. Comes with a plate of fresh mint, basil & cucumber to make your own spring roll.

If the app would let me give it 5 stars I would!

After searching a while for vegan food in Ha Giang I stumbled upon this place with one review on HappyCow and prayed it was open! To my delight it was and the owner is absolutely lovely and understands ‘Twung Chay’ - vegan

There are indeed only two options on the menu but the lady makes you two lovely rice pancakes served with a mountain of salad and 8 or so rice papers to make your own spring rolls with.

Also all of this for only 25k?! Wow

Pros: Very cheap

Best food in Hà Giang

This is a simple but authentic vietnamese restaurant with only two dishes, but I can assure you will love them. The owner is super kind and friendly and speaks english. The dishes are with meat and shrimp and egg, but you can ask for vegan or vegetarian and she will make it for you. Try the pancake roll, very special and fresh!

Pros: Super tasty and traditional, Friendly staff, Really cheap

Cons: Just two options, Serves meat and shrimp normally
