They have a tofu bowl, the tofu is REALLY good but every single time I eat here the rice is undercooked and drowning in oil.
I like to double the tofu.
The staff here is awesome. Any menu item u can order as a taco, burrito or a bowl. They have a vegetarian section on the menu but not a vegan section. Yes u can veganaise any item. I guess I'm growing intolerant of places not having dedicated vegan items. It's well past time. The veganized vegetarian items are lacking in flavor because many of their sauces are not vegan and they don't offer vegan cheese. It's a decent place to go if you're in town anyway. Great staff.
I love, love this place. Tacos are easy to modify to satisfy your vegan needs, the menu supports the whole families food preferences, and no one will be disappointed. The staff are super relaxed and friendly... Bonus: one of the few places open around dinner time in Lewisburg.
A creative take on Mexican with several veggie-centric options - Edit
This isn’t a traditional Mexican restaurant but also isn’t quite like a Chipotle, Qdoba, CA Tortilla, etc type place. I appreciated their creativity and the fact that they have easily veganizable dishes that aren’t focused on mock meat. They have several vegetarian taco and bowl options: sweet potato, roasted potato, cauliflower, black bean, and tofu bases. Each comes with things like shredded cabbage, salsa, mole sauce, grilled pineapple, etc. It seemed that getting no cheese/queso and no crema made all those items vegan. I opted for the grilled veggie bowl, which was sides of rice, black beans, and a lettuce/cabbage salad with a variety of grilled veggies and grilled pineapple on top. I liked it overall but thought the beans slightly bland and the chopped jalapeños too spicy for my preference. It also felt on the small side for the $13 it cost.

Good tofu bowl - Edit
I got a bowl with beans and tofu. Pretty good, and I like that they gave a lot of tofu when a lot of places don’t for some reason

Right next to wild bean, another cool spot with vegan options. I enjoy the chili lime tofu tacos. Very good. Great place!

Loved the Tofu bowl! - Edit
Great atmosphere and fully accommodating to this vegan. The tofu was prepared so nicely. Hubby is non-veg and enjoyed this place too.
