A vegan plant-based food truck offering an indulgent to healthy menu including additional GF, nut-free & soy-free options as well. Menu changes often, but is posted publicly online (on socials). Menu is all house-made, made-to-order-using fresh, local and organic ingredients wherever possible. The mango poke bowl was my favorite! I've tried a few different items and I was amazed how delicious it all was!! I'll be looking forward to trying more new things next year

The Winnesota Wonder truly is a Wonder for vegans, plant-based and non-vegans alike! The food provides nostalgic comfort foods, surprising options that one may never had thought could be made vegan and a wide array of options for those with gluten, soy, nut, etc. sensitivities or allergies. Jen goes out of her way to create a menu that is diverse and keeps the taste buds guessing! There are options for everyone and you can tell the care and artistry that goes into each dish and each bite makes you want to try another of her wonderfully crafted items. It truly is a business that cares about people, animals and it's mission to provide plant-based food to all! The menu stays fresh and exciting and changes up constantly allowing for new and exciting items to be introduced and devoured. I highly recommend checking out The Winnesota Wonder when you have the chance!

The owner makes incredible food. As a non vegan and foodie, I am very hard to please ESPECIALLY when it comes to food truck environments. But the food that comes from this business is fresh and genuine and oh so delicious. The enchilada soup is my absolute favorite. They also have really good homemade beverages!!!!

I was even able to taste test a few items before purchasing to decide what I wanted. OF course it didn't help because then I wanted to buy EVERYTHING.
Seriously, you HAVE to try this!
Pros: Delicious, Reasonably priced, PORTABLE! I see this food truck all over the place
Cons: Not much to di. I hope to see them at more events!, Would love to try a veggie burger, Would love to see vegan baked goods too!

Family friendly and healthy - Edit
My whole family loves the Winnesota Wonder. My kids especially live the wild rice soup. My husband and I love the gyro. You can’t go wrong with anything offered.
