MN nice cream popped up on Happy Cow while I was in the area and coincidentally, I was craving some sweets!
Read moreThey have a Madagascar Vanilla that is vegan and a mango vegan option as well. Lots of fruit for topping!
When I went I got a Madagascar Vanilla Affogato! (Espresso poured over ice cream.)
Absolutely delicious and I was so jazzed from the caffeine I could have run a marathon.
Ice cream joints have great coffee in my opinion, haha.
Highly recommend!!!

Vegan Ice Cream! - Edit
This is our go-to ice cream shop downtown Stillwater. It always has 1-2 rotating vegan soft serve ice cream flavors, plus tons of vegan toppings! The other ice creams are lactose free (not sure why they don't make all of them vegan). Service is fast and the ice cream is delicious!

Friendly staff, good ice cream! The vegan soft serve was coconut, but it was, fortunately, not overpoweringly coconut. They had two vegan cookie dough toppings that were great 👍
