Delightful Setting, Good Food

Based on previous old review happy to find it was still open. Not too hard to get vegan, though salad came with hard boiled egg. Very spicy food and digging out hot red peppers helped. Everywhere you can request less spice, just forgot to do so. Massaman curry was deliciously spiced with whole cinnamon stick and cardamom pods. Separate area on the walk down to the restaurant for coffee and other drinks. Beautiful desserts but not V or Vg. Very eclectic decor on the grounds. No specific V or Vg menu.

Pros: Pleasant staff, Outstanding view/location

Cons: No specific V or Vg menu, Accessibility not for people who may have trouble, walking

Fine dining, amazing views over the Maekhong

Bumbled into this place after a few hours of dramatic scenery and a few hills. Veg options are not abundant in regional Thailand so the English menu with several veg dishes was a welcome surprise.

My dream meal is vegan masaman. To so I wasn't disappointed would be something of an understatement. Check out the pics. It taste as good as it looked!!
