Good option for the context - Edit
There's just not that much in this small border village. What we got here was not anything mind-blowing, but way better than we expected based on the reviews. The Larb tofu was a hit, I would definitely recommend it. The sweet and sour tofu was good. The sandwich was kind of dry.

Staff speaks ok English so you can explain them what vegan means. Food is ok, but nothing special.

Delicious food and kind staff - Edit
The food was delicious, a good portion, and they also made me an Iced Thai Tea with soy milk. The staff is very kind, they also offered free fruits.

the sweet and sour tofu was really good but the portion was a bit on the smaller side side. lots of options though which is good for a smaller town

Very nice! - Edit
We had a Pad Lao and tofu sandwich for lunch. They we’re both very nice and we’d probably go back there for breakfast as well.

Needs improvement - Edit
Me and my friend ordered a potato curry and a tofu curry, received the same dish and neither of them were what we ordered. On asking, the lady said it was but neither were.

Very good - Edit
I’ve had curry with tofu which was really tasty, had a lot of veggies and nice steamed rice. As we came during their happy hour we got a fruit salad for free. I’ve also had a very tasty and a bit sweet fresh coconut, best I’ve had in Laos so far.

Decent cheap food - Edit
We came here for dinner, breakfast and for takeaway sandwiches. We got some veg curry & a veg and tofu dish. It came with a free fruit salad. Breakfast was a bit mediocre- teas (very good), bread (basic sliced bread which was small, peanut butter (small portion) and butter (non vegan) with fruit salad (same as the free one you get at dinner). The takeaway tofu and veg sandwiches were really good. The service and setting were nice and it was good value

Cosy place - Edit
It's a family business, so you might have to wait for a while to get your meal if you go there for dinner (gets very busy). The food is delicious though and very affordable. The sandwiches I got for takeaway for the boat were AMAZING! I tried three different ones: cashew nut & banana, vegetables & tofu and egg, potato & vegetables and all of them were delicious! Super well flavoured. I almost regretted not taking more.

Good food - Edit
Good and cheap vegan food. Especially dinner and sandwich. We had sandwiches for on the boat with tofu, salad and peanut butter and it was delicious. Only the girl who works there is a little strange.
