Einer der wenigen rein veganen Restaurants in Kolumbien mit angeschlossenem Shop. Das zeigt von Mut und ist allein schon eine gute Bewertung wert. Dass so ein abgeschiedenes Restaurant nur etwas aufwendiger und teurer betrieben werden kann als ein Street Food Stand auf der Hauptstraße, sollte jedem klar sein. Die Besitzerin war freundlich, zuvorkommend und das Essen war sehr schmackhaft und frisch, die Auswahl hat uns direkt umgehauen. Wir hatten die drei Hamburger und einen Plantain Basket. Bitte beachten, dass es keine Toilette gibt und die Öffnungszeiten wieder stimmen.

We went in today and found the owner was inside, but the restaurant was closed. She shared there was a family member who ascended into ancestry and the place was closed for a week or so for mourning and such. They should be opening back up next week and the store should be open already. My partner and I too are patiently waiting to try their food.

Vegan wonderfulness in the Mountains - Edit
Everything we ordered was made fresh right in front of us. The owner was very hospitable, good energy about the whole place. Nice little extra things to purchase like organic coffee grinds, honey, spices, great for gifts.

Good option if you are in Minca - Edit
The restaurant had a simple atmosphere with minimalistic decor, which added to the overall charm. The menu offered a variety of plant-based options, including sandwiches, burritos, pizza, falafel, hamburger, crepes and bowls. I opted for a pizza and a hamburger, which was fresh and delicious. The portion size was good but not filling, the ingredients were fresh.

Tasty but pricey and small dish - Edit
We had the burrito each and a portion of chocolate cake. The burrito was actually a folded tortilla with beans, guac and pico de gallo inside. It was tasty but the portion small and at 26000 COP expensive by Colombian standards. Note a 3% charge is added if you pay by credit card. Owner was nice and welcoming and service was speedy.

Great vegan food in Minca - Edit
Very cute little restaurant a bit outside the main street, very quiet, chilled vibe and super nice owner. Everything is freshly prepared which means it takes a bit of time, as it should when it has just been made. The veggie burger comes into 3 mini burgers with roasted potatoes, making it a big portion. Highly recommend if you are in Minca.

Getting there! - Edit
Single-person shop with lovely vegan owner—which means hours are more limited than advertised. They weren’t serving meals when I tried to visit but had a decent selection of vegan home goods, albeit mostly ones you can buy in non-vegan shops. I would have loved to try the vegan meats and cheeses!

Only vegan place in Minca. The owner was extremely lovely and attentive. Price to quality ratio was good by european standards but it for Colombia it was quite expensive for whag you get. We had a pitta pizza, the base was a tortilla wrap - it was tasty by small considering price (about €5-6 from memory) and we also had the buritto which was ok but the tortilla did go a little soggy because of the filling. All im all it was quite good but poss just needs to bulk out the meals a bit to make you feel your getting value for money - all fresh and made whilst we waited i should add
