They had multiple vegan options: penne arabiatta, vegetables curry and a burger. The burger was served with fries, vegan garlic mayo and cold vegetables. The curry was served with either rice or fries or a combination of the two. The curry was spicy but a pleasant spicy.
Read moreAll the waiters were friendly, just one woman who was a bit stern. Food came pretty quick. I also saw that they had a vegan carrot cake. But I didn't try it.

Vegan option - Edit
The Summit Inn offers a vegan curry option, which tastes great. Even though it's the only vegan option on their menu, it is handy since there are not many other options in the area.
Read more⚠️ UPDATE: Since my first review, the restaurant added more vegan and vegetarian options. They now also offer a vegan burger on their main menu.
A vegan (and two vegetarian) breakfast option is also on offer on Saturdays and Sundays, plus a vegan smoothie!
