Super Yummy Tofu! - Edit
This place has vegan options, but it is not always clear on the menu. Order the Vegetarian Pho, and specify that you would like it made vegetarian/vegan and they will replace the beef broth with vegan broth. The Pho is a yummy noodle soup that has broccoli, bok choy, and tofu. Plenty of bean sprouts and some jalapeño slices and fresh basil come on the side and can be added into the Pho. The spring rolls are also delicious, you can ask those to be made vegetarian- they will be vegan with tofu and a yummy sweet peanut dipping sauce. The owners and workers are friendly and knowledgeable and are happy to cater to vegans. Some of the boba tea flavors are vegan- ask the waiter and they will see to it that your meal and tea are fully vegan.

Great crepes - Edit
When we first looked at the menu, we were about to leave because there’s basically nothing vegan on it. It’s very meat-centric. But our server was vegetarian & made a few suggestions so we stayed. Without her, ordering would’ve required more mental gymnastics than we were in the mood for. We ordered vegan versions of the Crepe, Bahn Mi, Fried Rice and Spring Rolls. They substituted fried tofu for the meat and left out the fish sauce. We didn’t order the Pho, but that can be veganized by subbing vegetable broth & tofu. We overheard someone else ordering the Pho with tofu so I guess you’re just supposed to know without it being on the menu.
Read moreThe portions were big and the food came out fast. We especially enjoyed the crepe & spring rolls. The food was a bit greasy but still really good.
Unfortunately, all of their bubble teas contain milk so that was a bummer. This place is good but it would be better if their menu reflected the availability of vegan options. Servers were masked and tables are spaced out for Covid which made us feel comfortable. It’s nothing fancy atmosphere-wise but I’d definitely go back when I’m in the area.
Pros: Big portions, Fair prices, Friendly staff
Cons: Have to make substitutions to get a vegan meal, No vegan bubble tea :(
