Great options, even dessert!!! - Edit
Lots of vegan options, all clearly marked including a delicious vegan and gluten free chocolate pecan tart. The food was delicious and the restaurant has a nice feel. A great place to stop in Jasper.

Lots Of Vegan Options! - Edit
Vegan options are not at all lacking at this place! Ravens Bistro clearly label options that are vegan and those that can be modified to be made vegan, I had the vegan chorizo spring rolls with arugula dipping sauce to start and it was amazing the cashew cheez and tofu chorizo in filo perfectly accompanied one another, the sauce was the best and I even asked to have some with my main to! For main I had the Portuguese Stew- black beans and tofu Stew with plantain crisps, rice, pico de gallo and cashew sour "cream"! All the elements in both my starter and my pain perfectly accompanied one another and were well seasoned- good meal all round! On another good note the server we had was funny and sweet and our table's seats were colourful sofas/couches which was flipping awesome!!!!!

Yummy dinner in Jasper! - Edit
They had two vegetarian options for a main that could be veganized as well as a vegan starter and a vegan dessert so plenty of choice for hungry vegans! I got the Moroccan Chickpea and Kale Strudel which came with a side salad and was really good! Nice taste and quite filling :) It is quite pricey but then again you are in Jasper. Staff was really friendly and was able to answer questions about the vegan options!
