Food truck open and delicious - Edit
They had 2 vegan options on the menu (vegan BLT, tofu wrap) and they were able to make the huevos rancheros wrap vegan. They also had 3 vegan smoothies. We had the strawberry smoothie, BLT and huevos rancheros and it was all delicious! Really nice folks working at the food truck too, located right across from the Shell. It’s windy though so bring a jacket!

Great vegan BLT - Edit
Operating as a food truck so very limited menu but they still had two vegan items, a wrap and the BLT. The “B” in the BLT is tofu, and it had great flavor - nontraditional but delicious, maybe vinegar based? Their smoothies are all vegan too, I got the strawberry banana and it had a strong orange juice flavor so that was a little odd but still good.

OPEN as Food Truck - Edit
Coco’s Café is currently available as a food truck in a parking lot just across from the Shell petrol station on Connaught Drive. They have multiple vegan options and the ones we tried were delicious.

It’s OPEN (restaurant burnt in forest fires but food truck open) - Edit
Just came back from Jasper and they are operating from a near by parking lot in a food truck with limited menu but with lots of vegan options. There are number of businesses who got destroyed in forest fire are operating from the same parking lot. The new restaurant is expected to open in next 6 months.

A gem in Jasper - Edit
We were in Jasper for 3 days and went to Coco’s café every day.
Read moreThe food was amazing, especially the vegan huevos rancheros wrap (even my non-vegan family membera were convinced).
The staff was very sweet and the atmosphere is super cozy.
All the savoury food is clearly labeled as vegan, a lot of the pastries are also vegan but it’s not always indicated.
Be aware that they ise honey in a lot of their drinks (in the ice tea and chai for example).

Love this place - Edit
Great coffee, food is terrific. We are going here every day! They make their own sourdough bread which is amazing. Have tried the tofu wrap, BLT on sourdough, and veggie bagel sandwich, all delicious.

Ok - Edit
We wait a long time to be served. Also, they served the regular BLT instead of the vegan…
Read moreBe careful when it’s written « vegan », they think honey is vegan. For example the very veggie bagel in the vegan version contains honey.
Pros: Price
Cons: They don’t know what vegan means

So many vegan options. - Edit
Would give 5 stars, but happy cow doesn’t allow if they aren’t fully vegan. I’ve attached a copy of their menu and they have lots of vegan options on the menu and plant milk options for drinks!

Best vegan food in Jasper - Edit
By far the most flavourful and tasty vegan food in Jasper. Staff are really nice and cafe is very queer friendly and quirky. Had to wait about 30min for a takeaway order and was given a huge cookie as an apology for the wait! Coffee is delicious too.

Coco’s cafe is an adorable cafe in the heart of the amazing mountain town of Jasper! Vegan sandwich options, vegan soup options, vegan salad options and of course milk alternatives for drinks! Customer service was great, such a cute little place.

Nice staff, although there was no help with napkins ketchup forks. Plenty of options on the menu however they were short quite a few ingredients. they can turn lots of the meat dishes into veg options that’s nice. I recommend the huevos wrap

THE breakfast and lunch spot in Jasper - Edit
Cute little spot in the town of Jasper, open early and quick service if you want to grab breakfast before a scenic drive to Maligne lake (we grabbed a breakfast burrito and the level of spice was bang on for me) or for a lunch after a hike to Sulphur mountain when you've burned enough calories (we had the BLT with chili bean soup and let me tell you that 'bacon' tofu and crunch of the sourdough is everything after a hike)

Would 10/10 recommend this place!

Amazing! - Edit
Not to be missed if you are in the area. Their food and drinks are very delicious! I would give it 5/5 stars if I could. They have vegan bacon that is really tasty! This is the only place that we have returned to during a vacation (we usually keep trying new places, but we just couldn't help ourselves).

Great little cafe! - Edit
I went when the covid 19 rules are still applied. So they only had a few tables available out on the patio, or takeout. But don’t let that stop you, I got the very veggie bagel with house made vegan almond cream cheese and house made bagels, with the soup of the day (vegan), and a Jasper haze with soy milk and it was the best breakfast I had in Jasper! I’d absolutely go back again!!

Overpriced - Edit
Reviewing the vegan ‘Backpacking hippie’ breakfast. There was no ‘art’ or anything special to make the tofu taste like it wasn’t just popped out of the box and heated up in a frying pan. Unfortunately, not many vegan choices in Jasper ;((
