Delicious and beautiful dishes, though expensive - Edit
(February 2024) With the current menu vegans have the choice between three starters, two main courses and one dessert. This time I had the safran risotto and the marzipane mousse with elderberry sauce and sea buckthorn sorbet. Once again very good food which made me happy.
Read more(April 2023) While vegetarian options have always been communicated, vegan options are now also clearly marked in the menu. I had a "Quinoa Wirsing Roulade", which was fantastic. So delicious that I forgot to take a picture. The other vegan options also sound very good, but I haven't tried them (yet).
