Vegan Vietnamese Cuisine - Edit
Fully vegan Vietnamese eatery. All menu items can be prepared allium-free upon request, except the Premium Pho available on selected days. Everything tastes great; hard to pick a favourite! They also have a few newer dishes in collaboration with Omni foods - Saigon Delight Banh Mi with Omni luncheon meat, and Bun Cha with Omni meatballs. Hope they can bring back some of their old dishes and/or introduce even more new dishes (e.g. 'egg' coffee, banh xeo pancakes, etc), as the menu isn't very big. Note that the eatery is associated with Supreme Master Ching Hai and there is a TV screen broadcasting religious content.

Vegan Vietnamese - Edit
I love a good spicy noodle bowl, even on the hottest of days. This place didn’t disappoint. The Royal Spicy hit the spot offering great flavors and a delicious broth. A short walk from the shopping on Orchard Road, I would highly recommend if you’re nearby!

Really happy with the BBQ dish with spring rolls - tasty. Wish I’d ordered two. Not so keen on the Pho… but if you get it, perhaps ask for them to add coconut milk? Mushroom fries were good. Decent place to sit and enjoy on a quiet road. Highly recommended

Great food and good value for money. The Kind Pho & Oyster Mushroom Fritters were my favourites. The No Crab Noodles is also good one to try for a vegan version of a popular dish.

We shared the spicy Royal bowl (made us sweat!) and a fresh roll. Both were delicious. We also had the no moo iced lattes - very smooth and tasty. Recommended.

Kind Bowl features adorable panda plushies on your seat, but the options are limited. The spicy soup I had was good but not super filling and just too expensive to justify purchasing more food to try.

My cousin and I walked several miles around Singapore just to find this place. Once we arrived and finally ordered, we were NOT DISAPPOINTED!! The fried oyster mushrooms were cooked to perfection, and the "No Crab" noodles was on point. If only the owner would open up a location in Atlanta, I would eat there every week. If I ever return to Singapore, The Kind Bowl will be my first stop.

Yes, there can be a bit of a wait for the food sometimes during busy hours, but that's because they cook the food fresh upon order therefore the quality is so good!

Must try, won abillion Singapore Top 50 Vegan Dish Awards 2021 and 2022, super good, everything was perfect, most recommended.

The highlight here was the tasty vegan egg, soup was good too, recommended.
3. Southern Delight
Refreshing and delicious. The mock meat inside tastes like beef jerky, but thin and chewy, not bad, worth trying.

Though there aren’t many choices on the menu, everything I had was tasty. The fried appetizers were flavorful (and moderately oily). The “No-Moo Iced Latte” is an interesting drink, with notes of licorice.

Coming from a person in the customer service industry, im utterly disappointed with The Kind Bowl. Definitely not the kind of service and quality im expecting.
Read moreFirstly, i have made my order in the morning at 630am, knowing that they open at 1130am. Trying my luck whether if they will see the order maybe around 2-3 hours before opening, so that they have sufficient time to prepare the food. Sadly at 1130, no response from them. Therefore decided to call them up to check if the order went through, after numerous tries, think about 10 calls, at around 1155, finally someone pick up. They mentioned that they will need to check on the order and also to check on the delivery charges quotation. Only after around half hour they got back on the charges, and mention that the food will require roughly 1 hr to arrive. Realised its abit too late for my elderly parents to have their lunch, decided to change the delivery to 4pm (their dinner time). Further emphasised on the 4pm timing as its for elderly and gave them sufficient time to prepare the food and delivery.
Made the payment as advised, and waited til 318pm, realised something was wrong, no updates on the delivery. Decided to check with them on the delivery. At around 3:30pm they decided to reply and was told that they are still looking for rider, as it was raining, it was difficult to get a rider. Knew the delivery was going to be late by the time they got the order.
The food came 15min late (well not too bad, was expecting worse), was all cold, and what we received was even more disappointing. The $3.80 pomegranate juice that i ordered for them, came spilled. Only had 1.5 cups left. Had to throw the less than 0.5 cup away.
Sent them a photo to inform them that the food has arrived with half cup of juice spilled. And even thank them for the food.
They decided to ignore my msg. That was my last straw.
Throughout the entire WA conversation, no “thank you” or any form of apologies were offered.
At this tough period of time that FNB industry are going through, it is important to support local business to keep their morale and heads up.
But in my personal opinion, The Kind Bowl does not deserve any support if they intend to carry on their level of service this way.
