Decent fast food - Edit
For our final meal in Singapore, we chose this small chain. We tried the chicken bowl, marmite ribs, and a Glasgow salad. While the dishes were decent, they didn’t quite reach spectacular levels. However, the food was served quickly, the staff was friendly, and there were plenty of options on the menu. It's a good choice if you’re shopping on Orchard Road.

Food ok - Edit
Curry is spicy for me. The food is nice and tasty. The pot of tea is rather bland n tasteless, can improve on this as it cost $10

Tasty! - Edit
A good amount of vegan options. Located around summerset and not at the premium end of market, which can be hard to find. Come here when you need something cheaper than Privé 😛

Delicious local vegetarian and vegan dishes - Edit
Had lunch here and loved it. I had the mi goreng and it was spicy but not too spicy and delicious. The prices are incredible and I love the low prices with table service. Great staff too, kind and hospitable. The portion served was perfect...probably more than I really need but it was so good. If you're vegan you really need to read what comprises each dish because many of the offerings do include egg. I juat opted for no egg and it was divine. Definitely coming back.

Hmm... - Edit
Been eating here regularly and sometimes bring non-veg friends to eat. Prices are reasonable, food generally good, though inflation has crept in & there is GST charge as well. Portion are good, but I was dispppointed to find the fish beehoon has only 1 piece of fish, a very thin (like 25mm) sliver slice at that, which I can still accept, but not the 1 whole piece of sour plum in the soup..which is too much and ruined the soup for me.

Delicious portions overshadowed by poor service - Edit
Brought guests from overseas here, reached at slightly past 11.30am, but it seemed like our presence was a nuisance to the staff. The main lady who attended to us was quite curt, especially at the end where I could feel her stress & anger when my guests and I took too long to vacate the table.
Read moreHave often felt that staff servicing cruelty-free dining establishments are more compassionate, but it didn't feel like it here.
Was hoping to slightly tweak my order (changing abalone mushroom to hericium in the sweet and sour dish) but was just told to follow whatever was on the digital menu.
Quite upsetting; will not be dining in here again.
Pros: Good portion size, Very affordable dishes, Efficient self-order via QR code
Cons: Poor service, Unable to accommodate customisation, On the saltier side

Convenient location but nothing to shout about - Edit
Location of the restaurant is really convenient, being at the heart of town. As with all d'life/zizai outlets, the dishes there are of reasonable quality but there's nothing particularly special about them.
Read moreIt was absolutely packed on the weekday lunchtime that I visited, had to wait 25 minutes for my order to arrive. Certainly not a good option for anyone in a rush.

Good food and big portions - Edit
Very friendly staff. Took time for the food to be served and it was a little cold.
Read moreEdit: went back there today and tried the Asam laksa and popcorn chicken. Both were served piping hot and the portion sizes were big especially for the price they charge.
Asam laksa was delicious with a lovely tangy broth. Very wholesome.
Loved the popcorn chicken. Generous portion with lots of peanuts, curry leaf and chili. It also had a lot of Sichuan peppercorns which had a nice numbing taste!

Read moreOrchard Road. Easily accessible from Somerset MRT station.
The menu is rather similar to most of Vegetarian eateries, with few unique items. One of them that catch my attention was Seaweed Curry Rice and was wondering what is it?
Order to find out! Something new to me - Rice with Curry Gravy, top with crispy seaweed. Those little square cubes that look like bread cubes are mock fish! Interesting creation.
Love the cosy and clean vibe here. Will come again to try other items.
