Try the vegan Nut roast!!

In my whole 2 week trip in Ireland, I have to say this was my favorite restaurant. The vegan food is delicious and the presentation is first class. We enjoyed the food so much that we came back the next evening. Try the NUT ROAST! So good. I highly recommend making a reservation as it can get busy.

Pros: Vegan Nut roast!!, Friendly staff

Would recommend 100%

My partner and I are vegan and really enjoy this restaurant. They offer a vegan menu with 5 or 6 main course choices, and it is very tasty food. The staff are really nice. If you are vegan live around or come by, its the only place I would recommend you eat at in ulster for vegans :). The prices are very reasonable and the services is fast. It is really good for groups too, as it isn't just vegan options, everyone will be happy here.

Filled a hole & more

Honestly what a great find this place is. On the high street in Ballymoney. We were fortunate to be able to park outside on a Sunday, but on busier days there is parking close by in the Tesco across the road.

The restaurant is dog friendly and offers a warm welcome on arrival. The menu for vegans was entirely separate and had a large variety. All the food was fresh and very tasty. I will be back for more in the future to try other menu items.

Pros: Plenty of vegan options , Dog friendly , Takeaway option available

Cons: Parking is limited

Two vegan roast dinner options!

Separate vegan menu page with lots of options. I had the nut roast. When it came I thought it was missing the seasonal veg and when I asked I was brought mashed carrot and parsnip. It turned out there was cauliflower and broccoli under the nut roast and what I thought was a garnish was actually kale so the dish as it was served was actually very good. He had a spiced sweet potato roulade and it was served with exactly the same mash and veg although the menu description was different. I wonder if it was because it was Sunday and when the bill came we seemed to be on a meal deal and so cheesecake we shared only cost us a pound or two (but would usually be £6-7). Both the nut roast and sweet potato roulade were delicious as was the biscoff vegan cheesecake which was served with a strawberry and vegan ice cream. All washed down with hot teas. Yum. Interesting sounding starters too. Nice decor and helpful staff. They have a full bar and cocktails etc so a great place for a full meal or special occasion but we were just passing through.

Separate vegan menu

It was great to find a separate vegan menu with many options in this part of Ireland. I went with the nut roast which was good!

Brilliant

Had lunch here today vegan sausage n mash with gravy which was delish, but I really want to shout out about the waitress, she solely did meet n greet, water, drinks, orders, service, and clear tables all on her own with a smile. They say kids today have no work ethic but this lady blew that myth out of the water, please guys remember this when u visit give them time the food is worth it.

Pros: Service under pressure, Brilliant food

Cons: No cons today

Sunday roast

The most amazing Sunday roast! For either Vegan or Veggie the Sunday nut roast is amazing. They have a selection of vegan options which is better than the usual penne pasta or curry option.

Good menu and fab food

I would give this five stars if the app would let me, there is a fully fledged vegan menu with loads of different starters and main courses. The typical main is £14 and the typical starter is about £8.50, the food we ordered was nicer than almost every vegan only restaurant I’ve been to.

We ordered a 12’’ pizza which came with loads of meat substitute toppings, some seitan strips with a chilli glaze and some vegan poutine, 10/10 food.

Pros: Good vegan menu with delicious food, Very friendly staff, Dogs welcome
