Best eggplant parmigiana - Edit
I highly recommend the eggplant parmigiana! It has a plant based schnitty in between two slices of eggplant topped with sauce and vegan cheese 😍 Served up with chips, plant based gravy and salad or veg!

Very slow service & ordinary food vs - Edit
Trying to place order at Bar. They give preference to people ordering drinks. I waited for ages. Eventually managed to get someone’s attention after 20 minutes & ordered. Only 4 vegan items on menu. I had the vegan eggplant parmigiana. Was tough & undercooked despite taking 30 minutes to arrive. Also ordered wedges. They were burnt in some spots. Also ordered fries which were undercooked.

Slow and bland ☹️ - Edit
Waited 45 mins for bland pasta, soggy mushroom bagel and chips. The chips came out with non-vegan aioli, which I queried and had replaced with vegan mayo. Won’t be going back.

Tasty and a number of options - Edit
I go here for the pub choir and it’s great to have a number of vegan options. Last meal I had the mushroom bagel. I am always weary of mushroom burgers they are often boring but this was fantastic. Definitely have this again.

Good selection of vegan mains - Edit
We had dinner here and they at least had 3 vegan main and also had vegan cake. The price of the vegan mains were reasonable but the the vegan cake price was nearly the same as the main.

The new additions to the menu give a great range of vegan options for the vibrant local pub. Pop in for a tasty $10 burger on a Tuesday night or enjoy the rest of the menu whilst attending a live music night!

The Golden Vine offers plenty of vegan and vego options in their new plant based menu! Also options available in their full menu and kitchen is happy to accommodate to meal changes. Relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff is a bonus!

Recently updated to a plant based menu which is on rotation. Many options on the main menu can be veganised, and if you want a snack the garlic bread and chips/gravy are vegan.

Nice one! - Edit
It's nice to go to a pub with more then one vegetarian option. I had an excellent vege parma! I was told when I rang up earlier that I was able to remove meat from many of the meals on the menu (including the risotto!) and that they were willing to veganise if I spoke to the chef :)
