Delicious vegan goods! We bought three different pies we could try a variety. Each one was SO good. The portions are very genorous too. Highly recommended.

The Free From Gluten Company at Colwyn Bay Vegan Market 2024 - Edit
I bought loads of stuff from The Free From Gluten Company, and I am SO glad I did. So far, I have only tried the Cookie Pie and the Stuffed Red Pepper, and I am already blown away. The Cookie Pie is hands down the best I have EVER had. It is loaded with Cookie Dough, Chocolate Chips, Chocolate Gnache, Caramel, and Brownie, which makes every bite completely different. The texture has also held really well and is still soft 10 hours after purchasing when I usually find that cookie pies go hard after sitting for so long. They looked so good that I ended up buying one for a couple of non-vegans to share, and they both enjoyed it so much that they resented me for only getting one! The Stuffed Red Pepper was also gorgeous and incredibly filling and held up well after I reheated it in the oven. As per the instructions of the lovely woman who served me, I have frozen my Rhubarb Crumble and my Raspberry and Apple Crumble. They would have lasted up to 4 days, but there is no chance I could get through all my treats within that time. I will be trying the Vegan Scouse Pie and the Kerlan, Sweet Potato, Leeks, Green Beans, Ginger Coconut, and Lemongrass pie over the next couple of days and I genuinely can not wait! I really hope to see The Free From Gluten Compant at another Vegan Market or Festival soon as I am keen to try more of their products, and I highly recommend other vegans do the same! 😍🤤
