The staff was super super friendly. We had a portobello burger, the tarragon pasta, and the kale lentil soup. The soup was good and the portobello burger was very good. The pasta was just oil on a mountain of rotini with not much tarragon flavor. It was also $20.
Read moreFinally they charged an added 4% on the credit card bill (charging more than the receipt they gave before we handed the credit card). It said this was an added fee for using a credit card.

No longer recommend! - Edit
Unfortunately the Ferguson House has made some changes and I can no longer recommend. Spaghetti squash bowl was mushy flavorless vegetables, mostly brussel sprouts, a quarter dry roasted acorn squash holding a bit of a sauce. Had to go track down my waitress to ask for more sauce.

They used to be better :/ - Edit
It's very obvious that the current chef has no interest in creating good vegan food. I would assume since the menu changes with the seasons that the options on the menu would, but that doesn't really seem to be the case here. A few different sad sandwiches got switched out, but thats about it. Hopefully things will get better for the next menu.

Several vegan or easily modified items for vegans. New bakery chef is including vegan dessert option. Had a chocolate pie that was great filling a grilled zucchini sandwich.

A special lunch - Edit
A very welcoming restaurant with options for both plant based and nonveg diners. The food was very fresh and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Had a warm and insight conversation with the chef/owner who both knowledgeable and passionate about the benefits of plant-based food. Highly recommended.

Great food and it's so nice to have options to eat when I'm visiting Nashville that aren't just a salad and baked potato. My wife does wish that they had some shrimp or other seafood options though.

The Ferguson House was absolutely the right choice for dinner, many more plant based options than I expected, plus a great menu for my doubtful, vegetarian husband. Chef Dustie definitely leaves no questions unanswered, can't wait to visit again!!! Yummy yummy yummy put edamame in my tummy

I love when chefs get creative with vegan dishes, and it seems the team here has fun with their plant-based options. We had Asian jackfruit tacos, Asian mac and cheese, Thai massaman vegetable bisque, and drunken cherries on rice cake. And these are just the specials!

Delicious Plant Based ! - Edit
I liked the dedicated plant based menu. I honestly could have tried anything on there and been happy. The beets with pb feta were great as was the v tomato bisque. Everything was great and Faygo was a dear. We will return for sure. Don't miss this place.

Read moreMy husband and I enjoyed lunch there today! We eat off the plant based menu. It was delightful. The vegan mashed potatoes, Sauerkraut, polish lasagne, carrots, and cabbage were fantastic! The dessert, that was also vegan, was out of this world! We both left extremely full and satisfied. Dustie- the chef was amazing. We had questions regarding the plant based menus and cross contamination. She was so friendly and took the time to talk with us. It was so nice because our daughter is anaphylactic to dairy products. We can’t wait to go and try more tasty food as a family. It was so nice to hear her say she could even change things for our daughter. I feel so grateful that our community is offering plant based options and allowing our family to dine out in a safe manner. Side note- they use vio life cheese which is one of my favorites! #Veganuary
