Adorable - Edit
Super cute with options for all dietary needs. Music was too loud to have a conversation, but when I asked about it, they gladly turned it down no problem. Very friendly staff and great food!

A little disappointing - Edit
It was ny eve so I'm going to give them a pass and try again. The waitress was not friendly and clearly just wanted to get us out of there but they didn't close for an hour. I ordered chili with cornbread and when the cornbread didn't come she said "we didn't make that today". I would have ordered differently had she told me that. The chili was delicious however. The bathroom was out of hand soap and that's gross and the young people in there really didn't care. The kitchen was playing loud music that mixed with the music in the eating area so it was just a lot of sound that was frustrating. Again the menu is promising so maybe it was just a bad last day of the year . Hopefully 2023 they will flourish !

Vegan rum coconut cake w/ lemon curd - Edit
Best vegan baked goods around!! Unfortunately Impossible is the brand that's used, so due to the brand testing on animals a lot of the food isn't really an option.

busy birds bustle in quaint cafe - Edit
bird's nest cafe is super versatile and really lovely. it's such an inviting atmosphere, it's really cute and cosy, but also bright and lively! they do great breakfasts and tea (and coffee) drinks earlier in the day, and some tasty food and alcoholic drinks later on! the selection of vegan options always astounds me :)

We got a black bean burger with lettuce, tomato, red onions, and Chipotle lime dressing on a pretzel bun with rosemary fries and it was amazing! Had tons of flavor and will definitely stop here again when in Nashville ☺

We got BRUNCHED in the mouth!! - Edit
My wife had the Tofu Scramble, which she loved. She added a side of vegan gravy (not on their menu btw), which, albeit different, she really liked.

Cozy restaurant - Edit
I’ve been to this restaurant twice now. I loved my first visit and the second was just okay. At this time, there are 5 vegan options: blackened tofu w/ roasted vegetables and hominy (it was okay but not very flavorful), chili w/ white corn cakes (also okay but not typical; more like vegetable soup to me), impossible meatloaf w/ mash potatoes/green tomato gravy (excellent), Impossible burger and sausage gravy w/ roasted potatoes(haven’t tried last two dishes). The stuff is wonderful, attentive, and very helpful.

Delicious impossible meatloaf and green tomato gravy and vegan sausage gravy. It’s the third time I’ve come here and its so nice, with new and interesting options. I wish the locally roasted was better though!

Great options, clearly marked - Edit
My partner and I went for the second time, and we were both able to get meals that were vegetarian from the start. There were several fully vegan options, and the menu made clear which items were vegan/vegetarian. Good food, great service.
