Good ole falafel - Edit
Good falafel! The regular size wrap is quite large. Note they are no longer fully vegan as they have added chicken shawarma. But the menu is mostly falafel dishes which are all vegan.

Read moreThe falafel wrap was delicious and so was the Comboplatter, which can easily be shared by two people (unless you're extra hungry).
Staff was friendly as well.
The Falafelspot is not completely vegan though, as they do soll chicken Schwarma.
All the falafel dishes are vegan though.

Great surprise to find delicious vegan food in West Yellowstone. Had the hummus/falafel plate and the falafel wrap. The people were super nice, great service. Now I’m spoiled for falafel, nothing will ever compare!

We struggled to find a reliable vegan place in W Yellowstone and at lust stumbled upon falafel foodtruck. It was pretty good, fresh and so much better than any other places around.

We showed up late and they were sold out and closing up. We said no worries, we get it, we’ll be back tomorrow. He said wait, let me make you something Atleast. He made us fresh falafels with hummus and hot sauce (he makes everything from scratch) lemme tell you, absolute culinary delight!!

This family-run food truck is the only all-vegan spot in West Yellowstone. The menu centers around falafel so is pretty small. I was a little thrown by the tortilla instead of a pita or flatbread. But it worked!

Excellent food truck spot. The owner makes everything by hand except the wrap. Falafel wrap was delicious and fresh. The falafel was cooked perfectly. Not greasy at all. Highly recommend. Vegan friendly.

I live in West Yellowstone and am constantly annoyed about the lack of vegetarian-friendly food. We at here tonight and it was wonderful! Tasty, fresh with friendly service. I wish he was open all winter, too, but is only a summer food truck.

Stayed in West Yellowstone for the night and wanted to find a vegan option. There wasn’t much to choose from but we found this food truck which sells vegan falafel wraps and plates. We all ordered the large falafel wrap and a side of fries to share. The falafels were stuffed so well and really filling. They were very flavorful and we really enjoyed them. The fries were so good as well.

Excellent Vegan Choices for the Area - Edit
For a tourist town with limited vegan options, this has a very good menu. Family operated and very tasty. I would recommend it has the go to place for vegans in west Yellowstone. No substituting or omissions needed.
