Tasty vegan enchilada

Although not a 100% vegan restaurant- they do have tasty vegan rice and beans. They had delicious vegan enchiladas and fajitas. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about vegan and vegetarian options and very flexible. My Son also enjoyed their chicken burrito so it was a good place for the whole family. We received good size portions for the price. We went twice while we were in town.

I would give it 5 stars but the Happy Cow website says- Five star rating is an option for fully vegan and vegetarian restaurants, food trucks, market vendors and delivery only.
