Burnt food, rude staff - Edit
The food we received was extremely burnt but when we pointed it out to the staff she said "that's how the chef cooks it" ! Eventually managed to get the cost of the food off our bill, which was inedible, but was not without a lot of sass from staff. There were only two vegan options available: a bosh bowl and a peanut butter and jelly burger. We used to love it here, but since management changed we haven't been impressed at all. Definitely won't be coming back.

"Chargrilled" - Edit
What can I say? Never before have I had such blatant disrespect thrown my way. The menu has changed since I last visited and they have replaced the vegan burger with a cauliflower burger called 'The PBJ'. It had potential. Plus it was either that or a 'Buddha Bowl' which this establishment seems to think is just beans and some lettuce. First thing first the burger. The presentation was quite nice and the food looked rather pleasant. However, upon tasting the burger I realised the cauliflower inside had been burnt to charcoal. I wish I had a photo but at the time was too blinded by confusion and anger to photograph it after being told "thats how the chef cooks it" alluding to the fact we couldn't have another one cooked as it would come out the same . After some conversations with various staff we were told that they can take the chips off. Despite this being the only thing we had eaten and the cheapest thing on our bill. In the end 2 out of the 3 people who had ordrerd the burger left hungry whilst the 3rd person had the Buddha bowl which left much to be desired. The issue is that the cauliflower had been burnt then battered so on the outside was fine but when bitten into left a foul taste in the mouth. The every part of cauliflower, aside from the stem, had been burnt beyond edible.
