Serves meat, vegan options available. Custom-burger restaurant franchise. Offers two vegan burger patties (impossible burger and veggie burger), either may be served with your choice of toppings, sauces, and optional vegan cheese. Or get your burger bun-less over a bed of greens. The regular buns are not vegan. Located inside Tokyo Midtown Galleria. NOTE: This location doesn't have the Impossible patty. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-11:00pm.

A decent burger!

There is one vegan burger option on the menu, which you can customise if you like (I added avocado). It tastes good, and you can get fries made from orange sweet potatoes, which is a big win.

There’s a lot of competition for vegan burgers in Tokyo, and whereas I wouldn’t say this stands out, it’s not a bad option at all. I was very happy with my meal!

I’d love to see another vegan patty option and some vegan desserts here in the future!

Pros: Customisable burger, Easy to dine with non-veg friends, Option to replace buns w/ leaves

Cons: No vegan dessert option, A bit expensive, Vegan options not labelled on custom menu

Solid burger option

I love their sweet potato fries, and their burger is quite nice as well. It’s not soggy and doesn’t fall apart when you eat it!

Vegan burger and sweet potato fries

I came for the sweet potato fries! So, sooo good - made out of the type of sweet potato normally not available in Japan. I also ordered a vegan patty on a bed of salad with a variety of veg toppings and mustard dressing. The patty seemed "healthy", not deep fried and a little chewy. Tasty enough though. The salad was large, fresh and tasty as well.
