Good Options in Tokyo Midtown - Edit
An Italian Trattoria in Tokyo Midtown that has a few options that, even though not marked as vegan, the staff confirmed already are or can be made vegan. They were also open to the idea of updating their menu and marking their vegan options. We got a Pizza Marinara to go after confirming that the marinara sauce did not contain animal extract, as so many in Japan do. It was a bit small for the price, but delicious!
