Tasty! - Edit
The only thing explicitly vegan on the menu is the vegan breakfast sandwich, which was delicious. Nothing else appeared to be vegan, although to be fair, I didn’t ask. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was great. What the menu lacks in variety the cafe makes up for in hot sauces. They had at least six to chose from on this visit!

Yay for more vegan bfast options! - Edit
I’m so glad there’s another vegan option in Bellingham for breakfast! The breakfast sandwiches are delicious with just egg, cheese, and sausage, served on biscuits from sammies (YUM). My only complaint is that the sandwiches were kind of dry. I wish they would add a vegan mayo or sauce, that would be make it 5 stars for me.

Excellent. So glad this place is here. - Edit
It’s so nice to see something in this space where the co-op coffee shop used to be, and that it’s so good. Simple menu but very well done. Since it’s September we of course got a pumpkin spice latte because they make their own dairy free pumpkin syrup.

Yay vegan biscuit sandwich!! - Edit
I don't even drink coffee but when I heard that Sammie's Vegan was making their biscuits I headed there straight away! Best breakfast sandwich ever--just egg, cheese, sausage patty. And of course a soft and fluffy biscuit. There is definitely a shortage of vegan breakfast options in this city (especially on a weekday) so this is a game changer. They also have coconut and oat milk for all you coffee drinkers, and an awesome outdoor patio. Def bringing my coffee-drinking friends there!
