Delicious!! - Edit
We get the tofu teriyaki bowl with half rice and half greens!! The vegan slaw in it is lovely and adds a perfect crunch! It’s fantastic!!! Filling and full of flavor! A fanatic vegan option!!! (Can only give up to four stars because it’s not a vegan restaurant. But this dish is a five star dish!)

Location - Edit
Great corner lot with covered and uncovered seating. We sat outside and enjoyed a beer with a happy hour side of spicy chickpeas. Spice level was a 3.5 out of 5. Nice and tasty snack with a beer!

Limited, but wonderful, vegan options - Edit
They only had a few things on the menu that were vegan, but the flavors were incredible. Loved the bbq tofu and the Hawaiian bowl that I got. Not usually a slaw person, but it was delicious. The lemonade was also excellent.
Read moreLocation was bright and airy and full of cute dogs. Got there right during the lunch rush and there was a wait, so we sat at the bar.

A little spendy but good - Edit
I had the Hawaiian bowel which was super flavorful. The bowel was $17.50 (with $1 off for happy hour) which I thought was kinda expensive. Also charge the same amount for adding tofu as meat. Nice outdoor seating for the pup. Wouldn’t mind trying the second vegan bowel option if I’m in the area again.

Had the pleasure of stopping by Aslan post-hike with my friend and our dog pack. The outdoor seating area is perfect place to enjoy a beer or cider with a furry friend. They have roasted chickpeas and tofu available to sub for proteins and AH-mazing Brussel sprout appetizer!! I had the curry bowl with spicy chickpeas. Great flavor!!! Would try over greens next time instead of rice. Or the menu said you could try 1/2 rice/greens! YUM

Vegetarian poutine - wow!!!! What a wonderful surprise! We were extremely happy with our several selections - we ate here twice during our visit to Bellingham, and several more times after moving here. The service is friendly and professional.

Aslan has a few delicious vegan options! Loved the vegan curry bowl I got and the Hawaiian bowl was excellent. Wish the fries were vegan though (they are fried in the same oil as the meat options). Will definitely be back!

Always take people from out of town here. Great vegan options and great beer. Tons of outdoor seating. Cool space, reminds me of Portland. Get the Hawaiian Bowl every time, I just can't help myself! Delicious.

Delicious vegan options - Edit
Aslan Brewery is one of my favorite places to eat in town. It has options for everyone if you have a group of mixed preferences. The Katsu tofu sandwich is a delicious and super crunchy vegetarian burger. Vegan options are the curry bowl with an option to add yams, chickpeas or tofu. There are also several appetizers and options to modify. The bowl was huge and very filling, I would definitely order again. The waitstaff is always down to earth and fabulous. They are also very knowledgeable if you have a specific allergy.

Great atmosphere, great food - Edit
I always get the veganized version of the southwest bowl but tried the veganized Hawaiian bowl the last time I was there and loved it. Both are delicious with roasted yams. Yam tacos are really good as well. Looking forward to the black bean burger when I remember to bring my own mayo. Their organic vegan beer is seriously good! The waitstaff are nice and very accommodating to my requests and the chef's never fail in creating something awesome.

Cons: No vegan mayo options, the vegan hamburger bun costs extra
