Nice Ambiente and great vegan food options. The vegan Menu is great and I really can recommend the Avocado Sandwich and the falafel bread. Yummy!

Perfect for a treat - Edit
Loved their vegan menu - plenty of choices. We started with smoked spiced nuts with our apertif, they arrived warm and with a lovely spice mix.
Read moreWe shared a few things afterwards - the crispy tofu starter, pea and shallot ravioli, broccoli with peanut rayu, and fries, and finished with a chocolate coconut parfait and raspberry sorbet.
Everything was genuinely delicious and nicely plated - we just didn't feel the pricing was on point. €7 for a little dish of nuts, €13 for 5 pieces of tofu and some shredded veg. Without drinks, our bill came to just under €65 for 2 people.

Separate vegan menu - Edit
I was delighted to discover that this establishment, on the gorgeous waterfront of Blackrock, has a vegan menu. We had soup, tofu starter, tofu salad main and ravioli. All dishes were excellent. Fresh. Tasty. Well balanced. Perfect portion sizes. Staff were friendly. Interior is quite upmarket. Recommend and I will be back.

I had a lovely margarita pizza, a very fast vegan dessert and an oat milk latte. One of the best vegan selections I’ve even seen in Ireland.

Fully Vegan menu with delicious options - Edit
The Clermont is a recently refurbished restaurant on the Main Street of Blackrock with a lovely decor and vibe. They have a fully vegan menu on request with starters, salads, sandwiches available for lunch, mains, pizzas and one dessert. They also have a good cocktail menu and the service is always very pleasant. I went for the crispy tofu starter which was delicious with a fresh, zingy dressing, the pea and shallot tortellini for main - initially I wasn't that impressed but the more of it I ate, the more the flavours really came through and the single dessert - the chocolate almond and coconut parfait. Normally wouldn't be my choice of dessert but I really enjoyed it - flavourful and not too rich. Would definitely recommend if in the area and will call in again to try some of the other options
