Cute cafe but few options - Edit
A lovely, buzzy cafe with friendly staff and a nice location on the Main Street of Blackrock but very few options. They do nice coffee and have your standard non-dairy milks and they do offer vegan sweet treats like peanut butter balls and homemade twixes and that kind of thing but their actual menu isn't great. There is an avocado toast that you could ask to remove the poached eggs but the allergen warnings say it contains milk as well so not sure where that comes from. I asked for the veggie Buddha bowl which according to the allergen warnings had fish and crustaceans (I presume because you can add tempura fish) but also eggs and dairy. I asked the waitress could it be made vegan before I ordered and she went and checked with the kitchen and said it was already vegan but when it came out there was a creamy slaw on the plate that I doubt was actually vegan. It's a shame because everything else on the plate was nice and there's a lovely atmosphere, I'm just not sure if they really get veganism/allergen warnings despite their best efforts
