Quick and filling - Edit
In a place without many options we were glad to find this place. There's quite a few veggie options on the menu. Nothing advertised as vegan but they will make the veggie stuff with no cheese/sour cream on request. Between us we had a vegan burrito, veggie chimichanga, and veggie quesadilla. All were good and filling. It's a bit tough and ready but there is a seating area and a toilet.

Good, flavorful, filling - Edit
Casual shop that has specific vegan (and vegetarian) options. We got the vegan chorizo burritos. One order would have been plenty of food for two people. The burritos came with chips and generous amounts of guac.

Local Mexican food with vegan options! - Edit
I discovered this lovely place from browsing take out menus. I was pleasantly surprised to find so much food I can eat from here. You can "make" your own wraps and bowls. The have tofu and soychorizo for an added kick. They even had vegan Empanadas! I cant wait till restaurants are open for dine in. I will be back!
