Serves meat, vegan options available. Thai restaurant offering a selection of vegan dishes on the menu including vegan ice-cream. Reported closed June 2024.
Spice was rated as 1: Tingling tongue 2: Burning lips 3: Mouth on fire - which had us excited as major spicy food lovers. We got the red curry and basil fried rice at a 2/3 and 3/3 spice level but each dish had no spice at all. Very mediocre Thai food. It wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t go back.
Came for the Drunken Noodles, stayed for the Lime Ricky - Edit
Ordered the Drunken Noodles, and asked for it to be Vegan. Extra tofu costs extra. My dish came out and it wasn't bad. Very nice spicy level. Tofu could be crispier though; it was too soft in my opinion. I'd eat it again though. Having said that, I ordered their Lime Ricky and it was just what I needed on this hot AF day, lol. I almost made the mistake of ordering Dels across, and I LOVE Dels!
Our waiter told us that most dishes can be made vegan. We had delicious scallion pancakes, entrees of noodles and curry, and THE BEST homemade coconut ice cream.
Thailand PVD is my go to place most times I go out. I have loads of allergies and they are always willing to adjust dishes for me. They are accommodating and friendly. Definitely a rare gem within the city of Prov for people like me. Have brought my family and friends several times and everyone loves it. Theres something for everyone at Thailand PVD!
