Great vegan options!! - Edit
We went to Cassarino’s last night for the first time. They had several vegan options, we tried the linguine with meatballs and the sausage and rabe and both were SO GOOD, we were both very impressed with the food ♥️ Great job, Cassarino’s!

Was excited to try this restaurant since they had multiple vegan options. Would not recommend at all. Tried two different vegan entrees and two Omni entrees for the non-vegans. No one enjoyed their meal. The most palatable was the vegan ravioli but truly nothing special. The vegan sausage and pink vodka sauce dish was inedible and nothing like pink vodka. When I asked them to confirm this was the right dish because it looked like marinara they said it was made with almond milk and that’s why it looks like that. Why not soy milk, cashew cream, coconut milk, etc. to get something approximating pink vodka? Three of us at the table tried the meal because it was so bad and we couldn’t put our finger on what was wrong. We finally figured it out—it somehow tasted like chocolate. One of the worst tasting meals I’ve ever had.

They’re filling and authentic Italian food! I would love to see them have vegan parmesan and other vegan cheeses maybe from Barrett’s garden?

Lovely Italian eatery with multiple vegan options - Edit
The menu has a vegan options portion with 8 dinner options. I didn’t want red sauce as it was later in the evening so I had the Sausage & Rabe pasta and it was very good!
