Even if they can improvise, how sure are we they know everything about all ingredients? At least mention no fish sauce but I recommend other places that have clear declarations.

Great food and nice staff - Edit
From a view on the menu you could already see how many options there are for vegans which definitely speaks for this place. Although not explicitly stated, most of the dishes are vegan but you should always ask the staff. They were very friendly! The food was good and healthy!
