5 star-special vegan meal - Edit
Long Covid left me with many food sensitivities and they customized my meal without garlic, basil, curry or gluten and vegan. I have an air monitor to know amount of CO2, aka PEOPLE'S BREATH to know if mask needed & Thai Star had best air quality of any restaurant...ever. Despite being small place they had a huge air purifier, quality like outdoors. Food was good too.

It was the perfect amount of spicy without being overpowering, and they give you packets of everything you need. We thought that the ratio of everything was perfect, I ended up using and eating everything provided to its last drop.
The flavor was so amazing, I’ve never had better soup
Has quickly become my favorite restaurant, and we plan on eating there every time we take a trip to Merced

The spring rolls (you have to specify TOFU) come with a delicious plum sauce, but you can request peanut sauce if you don't have a peanut allergy. It is a full meal, and leaves you satisfied and with a very pleasant feeling, since it isn't heavy, indigestible animal flesh like everywhere else in town insists on shoving down your throat here in Merced. Merced overall is a Vegan's worst nightmare. Thai Star is a very pleasant oasis away from all of the chaos worth visiting, because it is the only place in Merced that doesn't serve unhealthy junk food or try to shove sugary sweets, or unhealthy animal garbage down your throat.
