The spring rolls (you have to specify TOFU) come with a delicious plum sauce, but you can request peanut sauce if you don't have a peanut allergy. It is a full meal, and leaves you satisfied and with a very pleasant feeling, since it isn't heavy, indigestible animal flesh like everywhere else in town insists on shoving down your throat here in Merced. Merced overall is a Vegan's worst nightmare. Thai Star is a very pleasant oasis away from all of the chaos worth visiting, because it is the only place in Merced that doesn't serve unhealthy junk food or try to shove sugary sweets, or unhealthy animal garbage down your throat.
