I ordered the vegetable tempura, rice, and miso soup. 99% sure it was vegan! (Hard to know for sure, since I don’t speak Japanese)

Vegan Tempura Set - Edit
So happy to see a clearly labeled vegan tempura set at Haneda Airport! It's outside the gates, located at the restaurant level of Haneda Airport Garden near Terminal 3. The vegan tempura is fried in a separate fryer, and the miso soup is kombu based! It was a bit pricy at 2200 yen, but it was really delicious! A great variety of not only miso soup and tempura, including a type of a corn croquette and an edamame croquette, but also a salad and some side vegetables and beans. Really really good!
