Nice vegan cheese sandwich - Edit
There’s not many vegan options in terminal 3, this did the job before my flight. Worth getting the fries and drink set for a more filling meal.

Had the soymilk creame cheese sandwich which was surprisingly tasty. Vegan according to allergens listed. Wait was pretty long (about 15 mins after ordering) so if it‘s crowded make sure you have enough time before boarding.

Great vegan sandwich - Edit
I got very hungry while waiting for my flight to Seoul so I was wandering around in order to find food. I checked out the menu and was very happy to see that they offer a sandwich with vegan soy cheese and tomatos. It tasted amazing and only costed 700 Yen.

The vegan sandwhich was good, way bigger than we expected. It is a full size sandwhich while the picture on the menu let's you think it is a small snack sandwhich. There was a lot of queue at opening hour and the service was a little bit long.

didn’t expect much of their soy milk cheese sandwich but it was actually very nice, warm and crispy, and the cheese was tasty. There is a bit of a wait when it’s busy but good there’s somewhere you can get a bit of food before a flight

I got the soy milk cheese sandwich which tastes really good. There aren’t many options at the airport so was pleasantly surprised by this, the “cheese” had a good taste and texture. Sandwich is advertised as vegetarian so may not be vegan.

Had the soymilk cheese sandwich. The other sandwich marked as "vege" contains egg and possibly Katsuo dashi so go for the soy cheese option.
