These lovely people have been doing the vegan quarter in Edinburgh for some time.
They also do a decent amount of vegan festivals and are always busy. Starting off with tmepeh they have a range of food from Asia and are fantastic.
I’ve had some bland food at vegan festivals over the years but this really was excellent. I had their skewered tempeh satay at the North East Vegan Festival in Gateshead recently and was hugely impressed. It was fair value at £4. The satay sauce was nice and sticky. After telling CraigMc the Edinburgh Ambassador he duly added them to Happy Cow. Looking forward to more from this great pop up
