Great spot with options

This is a nice cafe with a great setup/dining area. Vegans can make their own salad/sandwich. I got the Vegan Caprese “shaker”. I would not recommend- lots of raw Daiya cheese with tomatoes farro and chickpeas. Better to create your own 😀

I love taste! Especially the Mama Zumas spicy habenero chips they carry

Vegan impossible meatloaf sandwich

Quick easy service - a little over priced

Pros: Very filling sandwich , Tastes delicious

Cons: Expensive, Doesn’t come with chips for 12.99 before tax

Pretty good for veganizing lunch

Build your own salad is a great option and the balsamic vinaigrette is sooo tasty. Gazpacho had good flavors. The vegan veggie summer sandwich was alittle small - wished it would have had more veggies inside it as it was like one piece of romaine, a few thin slices of eggplant “bacon” etc. Dog friendly on the patio too!

Pros: Easy to veganize , Some vegan options listed

Cons: Sandwich was small and didn’t have much in it

Great environment with many vegan options

Every time I visit VA beach this is my #1 go-to eatery. The staff is always friendly, and they offer a variety of items suitable to vegans. The menu differs by season, but the vegan winter veggie sandwich is AMAZING! This is definitely a place to try out!

Pros: many vegan options , friendly staff, fresh, seasonal food

Cons: a little high priced
