Delicious Mexican food! - Edit
Awesome to see a vegan menu in Rock Springs. Good service. Multiple vegan meat options. Fun little salsa bar.

We stopped here on our way through the state on a road trip. Server was kind and helpful. Showed us what options were vegan on the toppings bar as well. We tried the tacos, tostadas and Sopes. They were all delicious. My favorite was the Asada Sope. We also tried the cactus and Al Pastor flavors as well, which were also very good. I would give 5 stars if it was an option.

The soy meats are incredible (asada is the best). There’s also a bar with tons of sauces/toppings you can add yourself.

Authentic and Delicious - Edit
This no frills diner offers an authentic Mexican food experience with a separate vegan menu. The vegan pork was delicious. They have a salad bar style condiments bar with who jalapenos, radishes, salsa, pickled onions, cilantro, etc . I've posted a pic of the menu and condiment bar but forgot to photograph my large burrito. Great value. The staff was exceptional and the place was spotless.
