Great place for delicious soup - Edit
They always have at least one vegan soup option on the menu every day. The soup selection varies by day and there is usually a little twist to the daily soups from week to week. It's a great place to eat when getting together with people having different food requirements and I've never heard someone I've been with complain about what they ordered. I eat lunch here about once a week.

Amazing food albeit a bit pricey - Edit
Tanya's Soup Kitchen is one of my all-time favorite places in Wichita. They serve soups, salads, and sandwiches. They have some salads and sandwiches that they serve all of the time, but they also have rotating salads that change daily throughout the summer, and then in the winter they have rotating soups. Everything is incredibly, but (not surprisingly, given the title), the soups are the best. They make a very good pumpkin tomato curry soup which is phenomenal! The only cons are: it is a bit pricey and their hours are very limited. They are only open for lunches, with the exception of Fridays they are open 5-8pm in addition to being open for lunch.
