Kind staff, veggie broth was a bit bland - Edit
I got the vegetable ramen, it was okay. The noodles and vegetables were done really well but the broth was under-flavored. I would ask for salt/soy sauce if ordering this again.
Read morePros: A few different vegan options, Starters had a good variety and were tasty!
Cons: The vegetable ramen broth was pretty flavorless, The broth could have used more salt/soy/miso

Ramen and sides - Edit
The veggie Ramen was vegan. Not the most memorable broth, but all the rest was fresh and pretty!
Read moreThe green beans come with a tahini sauce. My waitress Kelly was very vegan-aware, knew the Tahiti had dairy, and asked them to make a substitute sauce w/o me even asking.
She came back to my table later to tell me almost any veggie dish can be made vegan. Menu not notated.
Not a ton of dishes but a nice in-restaurant meal. They work at a very slow pace, this is no grab-n-go if you are in a hurry.
Pros: Staff vegan-aware & can help with menu questions, Healthy, Yummy
Cons: Slow-paced restaurant

Absolutely delicious - Edit
Very accommodating in terms of options, all the vegetable dishes can be made vegan and the vegetable ramen are vegan. We had the Brussels sprouts and the ramen and they were both out of this world. Friendly service and lovely ambience. Would recommend!
