Just a few veggie options

Nothing remarkable. But I say I just try a Lao salad with rice.
No internet. Staff was ok.
Probably here could be interesting they have a cooking class for 200.000 (afternoon) and 270.000(morning with visit to market) kip.

Cons: no internet

Lots of hype that didn't deliver

We saw this restaurant recommended in many travel guides, so we decided to give it a try. Dinner is usually quite busy so making a reservation would be wise.

Vegan options were a bit slim, most being just side dishes. We ordered pretty much everything vegan on the menu: the starter sampler, tofu larb, a couple veggie sides. None of them was memorable. The flavors were much milder and rather one-dimensional than what we had had elsewhere. At the end we also got the purple sticky rice dessert, which was surprisingly amazingly good. I would come here just for this!

Worst part of our meal though was the service. Staff seemed to be trained by western management but was absolutely incompetent - very slow and inattentive. We had to wait a lot, which, together with the mediocre food, only made the whole experience even more underwhelming.

Cons: service, selection
