Another option for Tupelo

Just had the Vegetable Ramen in Miso. It was good. Staff were great. We got our Ramen quickly and it was quality. Staff were great. Would get 4 stars if there were more vegan options without off menu changes.

Pros: Great staff, Miso broth, fresh ingredients

Cons: not a lot of vegan options

Good vegan options

Vegetable ramen can be made vegan by asking for vegan broth. Fried vegetable noodles also vegan if you ask for no egg. Really good food and service was attentive to vegan needs.

Pros: Ramen, Fried ramen (aka yakisoba)

Takumi Ramen Bar

Outstanding food and service. Food is brought to the table by a talking robot.
We tried the Vegetable Ramen in a miso broth and the Vegetable Stir Fried Ramen. Both were delicious.

Pros: Friendly service, Delicious food, Light-hearted atmosphere
