Yummy options!

I had the Elvis smoothie bowl (peanut butter & banana). It’s vegetarian, but could be vegan if a few things are omitted such as honey and chocolate chips). I also had a hummus wrap. I did the choose 2 so I got a half of each. It was excellent!

Pros: Vegetarian/vegan options , Knowledgeable staff with lots of info posted, Friendly employees

Cons: N/A

Great bubble tea!

Their bubble teas come in many flavors, and the people are super nice!
They also offer vegan food options that look delicious!

Pretty good spot for vegans, could be better in flavor

Has almond milk and vegan protein options, but the vegan protein comes from Arbonne which is a multi-level marketing company. The smoothies and juices aren’t great compared to Juva’s smoothies, and the hummus wrap (vegan) was really lacking in flavor. However, it’s a healthy spot with vegan options, something Tupelo needs more of.

Favorite veg friendly spot in town

This is my favorite place in town. As a vegan it's not easy going somewhere and feeling like you're looking at "choices" rather than searching for a singular option. I always get a bowl, all bases are vegan. I like the green bowl and the mermaid bowl (it has spirulina in it). You get two fresh fruit toppings and two "dry" toppings. I've been told their pops are also amazing. If you're looking for something more substantial, I believe there could be some vegan wrap options, as always consult upon ordering.

Pros: Locally sourced (when available), Multiple topping options, Bowl bases automatically vegan

Cons: $10 per bowl can add up, Serves a couple meat wraps (may matter to some)
