Take Your Veggie serves plant based burgers using Tempeh, Tofu and jackfruit. Great staff and beautiful plates, but bland food that disappointingly lacked structure. I wonder who thought to put these dishes together and why. No methodology in the new menu and quite expensive. I wish they would hire a new menu designer or chef. I would have volunteered, but the chef and owner weren’t in. Needs improvement, but 3 stars; 1 each for being vegan, nice service, and because the dishes were beautiful in presentation.
