Affordable and delicious! - Edit
This little stand truly deserves more recognition! This was my first time visiting and had no clue what to choose, so decided to order an assorted taco plate consisting of potato and mushroom asada, tofu stew, yuca patties, edamame in achiote sauce, and huitlacoche mole with a side of sugar free banana agua fresca that was super refreshing! All this for less than 200 pesos :,)

Consistent delish vegan food in Tijuana - Edit
I walk to this cart often from my office in Tijuana and have always enjoyed the food. They over a lunch special or taco plate, sometimes I have gotten both!

My husband and I go down to Tijuana for lunch occasionally - first time trying this place. It was amazing! We each had 3 tacos and every single one had unique flavors. Nothing was heavy or greasy and it was all very fresh. Very friendly service. I enjoyed standing at the cart and eating, adding toppings and salsas as I ate. Appreciate a vegan birria option! Very fair prices.

A surprise find in Tijuana - Edit
My wife and I didn’t expect much from a food cart, but were blown away by the food and eating experience of eating out on the street. So many choices for so many different tacos each one we tried was delicious. Even the rice and beans were great. A great place to hang with locals. Very affordable prices. Nice people working the cart.

Superb Vegan Tacos / Large Variety - Edit
I had tried their gourmet vegan tacos at several events in Tijuana, and loved their food. I finally had a chance to try their tacos at their stand, and I was in taco heaven.

I ordered 6 tacos with a variety of fillings including garbanzo beans, amaranth, wheat protein, jackfruit, couscous, tofu, pumpkin, quinoa, potato, hummus, and all all are cooked in distinctive delicious sauces. They recommended their banana/fig water, and I am so glad they did. Very unique and refreshing!

The prices are extremely reasonable, especially for food of this quality.I highly recommend this cart, and am delighted to hear that they plan to have more trucks throughout Tijuana.
Note: This is the first and only veggie taco stand in the region.
